​​​A Venezuelan native and graduate of Arizona State University’s Justice Studies program, Ivanna’s background has shaped her unwavering commitment to inclusion, diversity, equity, and accessibility, and instilled in her a passion for championing evidence-based solutions to dismantle unjust systems.

With a background spanning technology, communications, and justice reform, Ivanna is dedicated to building the systems and processes that empower people to do their best work. As the Training Division Coordinator at NAPD, she draws on her experience managing digital infrastructure, event logistics, and cross-functional coordination for mission-driven organizations—ensuring every training runs seamlessly and supports the professionals on the front lines of public defense.

A naturally curious and lifelong learner, Ivanna often dedicates her free time to reading, listening to podcasts, and eagerly sharing fascinating insights with anyone willing to listen.
