Letter to New York Governor Hochul Regarding Discovery Laws

We write to you with a united voice and call on you to withdraw your Executive Proposal within the Public Protection and General Government legislation that will effectively repeal those landmark discovery laws, decimating fairness and reducing efficiency in the courts.
