Requirements
Qualifications:
- Master’s in Social Work (MSW) required; LGSW or LICSW preferred.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in case management, reentry services.
- Experience working with incarcerated or formerly incarcerated individuals preferred.
- Strong written and oral communication skills, including the ability to draft clear, persuasive release plans.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented, client-centered environment.
- Ability to build trust with individuals impacted by trauma and the criminal legal system.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines. Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a mission-driven environment.
