The County Director is a management position that supports and helps implement the Executive
Director’s vision and goals of the office and oversees the delivery of services in the assigned
county office. The work performed requires a detailed knowledge of the organization’s operations
and the county system. This position requires initiative in county and state policy, criminal legal
system change, leadership of the county office, and advocacy for our clients. In addition to the
management and policy responsibilities, the County Director will also handle up to a 0.25
caseload.

Requirements
Licensed in Oregon, in good standing, or eligible for reciprocity admission.  Oregon has an expansive comity provision allowing reciprocity will all states. Experience in criminal defense, preferably public defense. Qualified to represent clients facing major felony charges.
