Contractual Major Felony Attorney IV Position

REQUIREMENTS: ·       Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school. ·       Admitted to practice law in the State of Indiana and in good standing. ·       Litigation experience required includes at least two years of criminal litigation experience and experience in litigating two felony juries to completion as lead or co-counsel or experience in litigating one felony jury trial to completion as lead or co-counsel and completion of one trial practice program approved by the Indiana Commission on Court Appointed Attorneys ·       Litigation experience strongly preferred includes at least three years of criminal litigation experience and experience in litigating three level 5 felony or C felony jury trials to completion as lead or co-counsel.
