General Summary

This position provides a full range of legal services to indigent clients in the assigned felony and misdemeanor cases. Primary responsibility is to handle the misdemeanor and felony caseloads in this 13-county region in Texas. The positions are set to begin on or about October of 2024, in Hale or Hockley County, Texas. May reside outside of the 13-county area depending on circumstances, but positions are located in primary office in Hale County, Texas, with satellite office in Hockley County, Texas.
