Defense representation of individuals charged with misdemeanor crimes and felonies in U.S. territory of American Samoa and region. Client interviews, discovery review, daily court proceedings and participation in both bench and jury trials. Mentoring provided by experienced trial and defense attorneys. Regular hours of operation, M-F, 8 a.m. until 4 p.m. Private office in scenic 2d floor harbor view office across from new courthouse opening in Fall 2024.
