Immigration Resources and Know Your Rights.
NAPD’s policy statements, reports, and other materials are collected here.
The following resources have been submitted by various public defenders throughout the country. We’ve compiled them here and made them available in hopes that clients everywhere benefit. We’ll be adding more resources as we receive them, so please check back often.

In addition to the resources listed below, we highly encourage you visit the incredible resources offered by organizations such as the Immigrant Legal Resource Center, the Immigrant Advocacy Center, the ACLU’s Immigrant’s Rights Project, the National Immigration Law Center, and the National Immigrant Justice Center. Individuals needing assistance should also check with their local public defender office, legal aid office, and ACLU chapter to determine what local resources may be available to you.
Don’t miss this We Have Rights video series from our friends at Brooklyn Defender Services and Zealous in conjunction with WITNESS and the ACLU.
