    This discussion will include a basic overview of some of the recent immigration changes that could impact investigations, including changes that could make witnesses more biased and/or more nervous about engaging with you or with the legal system overall. I will also talk about how to find and interpret what limited immigration is available online.

    Stephanie Wolf is the Director of Immigration Services for the MD Office of the Public Defender.  She was previously an assistant public defender in Maryland and an assistant federal public defender in Las Cruces, NM.
