    Description

    We live in interesting times. The social and political turmoil creates challenges and opportunities for the criminal justice system and makes the information received from jurors even more critical. This presentation will address how to improve conditions for jury selection and improving questioning techniques for receiving information, including on sensitive issues such as race, gender, immigration and law enforcement credibility. We will discuss law, strategy, and de-selection techniques to help your clients’ cases.
