Randi Fensterer, a member of the NAPD’s Racial Justice Committee, has practiced in public defense since 1997, working in Oklahoma and Pennsylvania at the federal and state levels in capital and non-capital cases. She has been serving as an Assistant Defender with the Defender Association of Philadelphia since 2002, and has represented thousands of clients in juvenile and adult court, specializing in matters involving mental health issues and mitigation development.
