Mary Fox has served as the District Defender for the St. Louis City Trial Office for the Missouri State Public Defender System since 2007. The office handles juvenile cases in the City of St. Louis as well as surrounding jurisdictions. Mary serves on committees in the juvenile court for the Juvenile Detention Alternatives Initiative and Deep End Project. Mary has represented children in delinquency cases and transfer cases for MSPD. Mary has also represented children and parents in abuse and neglect cases and termination of parental rights cases prior to joining the public defender.
