Sentencing Resource Counsel Attorney

You must (1) be a graduate of an accredited law school and have admission and good standing in a state bar; (2) have extensive experience in federal sentencing as well as thorough familiarity with federal sentencing policy; (3) have excellent research and writing skills, good communication skills, and the ability to work independently from a remote work site. You must be able to travel, as it is a necessary part of the job. Experience providing legal training, particularly on federal sentencing, is preferred. Appointment is subject to a satisfactory background investigation including an FBI name and fingerprint check and an IRS tax check.
