Today, I am joined by Kyle Morris and Jane Fox, two public defenders who have taken it upon themselves to help people tackle their student loans. Back in the mid 2000's, the Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) Program established a pathway for those in public service to have their student debt forgiven. From its inception, the program has been filled with cumbersome technicalities that made it difficult for many to be rewarded for decades of public service.

Throughout this conversation, Jane and Kyle share their own journeys through the PSLF program, the many pitfalls that trip people up, how the program could be made better, and there thoughts on how to overhaul the higher education system and its predatory debt trap.
