    Requirements
    LETTER OF QUALIFICATIONS & RESUME:  You must submit both documents in order to be considered.  It is important that you clearly explain and elaborate on your experience and/or training in your letter of qualifications and resume. Minimum Qualifications (Required – Candidates must have experience and/or training relevant to these areas in order to be considered for this position):
    • Ability to analyze and estimate cost for budget items
    • Ability to interpret state budgeting processes and develop budget proposals
    • Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and financial management techniques
    • Advanced skills with computer operations, including word processing and spreadsheet development
    • Skill in the use of ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems (e.g., PeopleSoft, etc.)
    A well-qualified candidate will also have experience and/or training in the following areas:
    • Interpreting federal and Wisconsin state policies, Wisconsin administrative rules, and Wisconsin statues
    • Knowledge of supervisory principles and techniques
    • Effective written, oral and interpersonal communication skills, including skill in presenting information to audiences with varying levels of technical understanding
