Candidate Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent education

• Positive outlook, intrepid spirit, and fierce dedication to the cause of social and racial justice for each of our clients and their community of North Tulsa

• Ability to self-start and to work both independently and as a member of a collaborative team

• Strong interpersonal skills with individuals from diverse backgrounds

• Willingness to develop knowledge and expertise in multiple legal defense areas

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong organization, analytical and critical thinking skills

• A valid driver's license & proof of insurance

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products 

• Ability to complete light to moderate physical work (including lifting/moving objects)

• Prior experience in public defense is preferred, but not required.
