Assistant Counsel (Criminal Defense Representation Counsel, Region G)

Admission to the New York State Bar and two years' of experience in criminal defense representation subsequent to Bar admission. The ideal candidate will have experience in public defense and demonstrate a strong commitment to promoting high quality and mission-driven public defense, a high degree of professionalism and collegiality, sound judgment, and strong oral and written communication skills. NOTE: IN ORDER TO AWARD THE PROPER CREDIT FOR WORK EXPERIENCE, RESUMES MUST INCLUDE MONTH AND YEAR FOR START AND END DATES.
