Assistant Public Defender

Qualifications: Graduation from an American Bar Association accredited law school. Preference may be given to applicants with experience in the practice of criminal law and/or in Family Court. Special Requirement: NYS License to practice law. Candidate must be a resident of Oswego, Cayuga, Jefferson, Lewis, Madison, Oneida, or Onondaga County at time of appointment.
