Education and Experience Education and Experience requirements at this level consist of a Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school, member in good standing of the Oklahoma Bar Association, five (5) years of relevant criminal law experience, and three (3) years of relevant management experience. Special Requirements Must abide by the Oklahoma Rules of Professional Conduct, (5 O.S. Chapter 1, Appendix 3-A). Must comply with the Continuing Legal Education (CLE) requirements of the Oklahoma Bar Association and the agency. Job-related travel is required for this position.
