This month’s supervisor discussion will focus on the supervisee evaluation process. How do you evaluate thee practice of your supervisees and their work? Do you solicit feedback from attorneys? What evaluation tools do you use and how do you give your supervisees a voice about thee areas they feel are important for them to grow in? Come join in the discussion and continue to share your work and what you are wrestling with and interested in talking about as a social work supervisor! For supervisors of social workers, mitigation specialists, dispositional advocates, and those in similar supervised positions.

Facilitated by: Kevin Bishop, LCSW, Social Worker Coordinator with The Office of the Alternate Defense Counsel (CO); Michael E.
