Atlantic International Associates, established in 2018 and headquartered in Houston, Texas, supports capital defense teams in developing mitigating evidence for indigent defendants facing the death penalty and juveniles facing life sentences. Our work spans pre-trial and post-conviction cases in state and federal courts across Texas and beyond.

As our capital defense caseload grows, we seek a highly motivated individual in Texas for a contract position as an Associate Mitigation Specialist. This role involves periodic and consistent fieldwork.

Position Details:

  • Responsibilities: Conducting client and social history witness interviews and other case-specific tasks.
  • Other: While some remote work is available, residence in Texas is necessary
