    Requirements
    Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Social Sciences, or Social Work and four (4) years of experience in mental health and/or substance abuse counseling, or equivalent.  Social work license required by LOPD. Those with Provisional license must complete the required LBSW or LMSW within six (6) months of the hire date. Employment Requirements Social work license is required by the Law Offices of The Public Defender. Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license. Collective Bargaining: This position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement and all terms/conditions of that agreement apply and must be adhered to.
