Sponsorship related FAQ
You can set up at 9 am on Tuesday, May 7th at the Salt Lake City Public Defender Office .If you are driving, there is a parking lot at the top of an UP ramp, which is immediately west of the front of our building. The UP ramp is between 2 down ramps so watch for the UP ramp. At the top of the ramp, you may park in any space. There is a door to the parking lot so that you can enter the building without walking down the ramp.
If you are not driving, please enter the lobby through the front door of our building.
The building is a four-story white brick building on the northwest corner of 300 east and 200 South.
We will be meeting in the primary conference room which they call the “Vault”
You will have a table along the outside wall of the main meeting room.
Table dimensions: 51 inches x 27.5 inches (i.e., 4.25 feet x 2.3 feet)
Table setup: You can begin setting up your table as early as 9am on Tuesday May 7th.
Table breakdown: You can leave that table set up for the entirety of the forum and break it down after we end around noon on May 10th.
There will be electrical outlets easily available to you.
