Requirements
The ideal candidate will:
● Have at least 5 years of experience designing, implementing, and presenting training
for public defense staff including in-person and virtual training events. This includes facilitating planning teams, recruiting and developing faculty, and overseeing communication and logistics for events.
Have experience creating online courses in a learning management system (NAPD
uses TalentLMS)
● Ideally will have experience in managing or supporting the logistics of large in-person
training events and online training such as webinars and virtual conferences.
● Demonstrate the desire to seek and learn new skills including using technology to
deliver online training.
Compensation:
● $55 Hourly wage, capped between an average of 25 hours per week
