Assistant Defender II

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: A law degree from an accredited law school. Some criminal law experience is preferred. LICENSING/REGISTRATION/CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:  (These must be met by all employees prior to attaining permanent status in this class). Admitted to practice law in the State of Maine or have the ability to become licensed to practice law in the State of Maine within the probationary period.
